Do I need my own Meta / WhatsApp Business Account?
Yes — you connect your own WABA and Facebook Pages during onboarding via Meta’s Embedded Signup. We’re a Meta Tech Provider; we route messages through your accounts and never take custody of them.
What does the AI bot need to work well?
An API key (Anthropic or OpenAI) and either a website URL or a handful of documents / FAQs to seed its knowledge base. You can preview replies before turning the bot on for live traffic.
Where is my data stored?
All Customer content is stored encrypted at rest. Meta access tokens are encrypted with a per-workspace key. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my workspace?
From Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace, or email us at [email protected]. Full instructions on the Data deletion page.
Can agencies manage multiple client brands?
Yes. Each brand lives in its own workspace with its own connections, templates, bots and team roles. Switch between them with the top-left workspace picker.
